Smart rental apartments in Tallinn
The builder of the rental complex, completed at the end of 2021, is the well known construction company Mitt & Perlebach. The building has 11 floors, two staircases, an elevator, and is rated with a B-energy class.
The complex has generous green spaces with trees, benches, and a children’s playground in the immediate vicinity of the building.
The units in Mustamäe are made unique by using smart solutions: everything is managed through a smart home app. Doors can be opened without a key using an app, card, or code.
